The Support Level Development Programme (SLDP) is a custom designed development initiative of Synergy Management Consultants. It is an initiative to groom young graduate engineers into dynamic leaders and innovative change agents.
SLDP, a year long program, run in two levels includes training in:

- Yoga for physical and intellectual agility
- Healthy eating habits
SLDP focuses on all round development of the participants. Participants are helped to develop the right skill sets, demonstrate a strong value structure and develop the ability to make an outstanding contribution on a continuing basis throughout their corporate journey.
The programme is built around “learning by doing”. Games, group activities, case studies, films & film appreciation, role plays, debates, book appreciation sessions, music, video conferences with other plants, industrial visits, quizzes on ethical dilemmas involving multiple locations are included in the programme.
The participants have a number of opportunities to demonstrate their thought process, competencies and commitment levels through group activities like film making, creating newspaper, capturing success stories, newsletters, street plays, painting, and conducting social activities.
This highly interactive client-specific program has been running successfully for multiple batches at Kirloskar Brothers Ltd.
In its different avatar this program has also run at Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd., Sterling and Wilson Ltd. and Voltas Ltd. amongst other corporate clients.
