In my earlier association, I have experienced her drive and energy in delivering a workshop on feedback skills required for Managers during the appraisal discussions. This skill-building resulted in effective nurturing, by the senior managers, of their juniors and helped in enhancing performance to meet stretched expectations. This workshop and the take away from the same, became talking point in the annual performance appraisal process.
